BROADSTONES GROUP DIRECTOR
Gary founded Broadstones with a desire to make technical and process change better for business. He is proven IT leader with an eye for creative change with a strong commercial and business focus.
Gary has in excess of twenty years in the industry and held senior IT roles at Barclaycard, Citi, Egg and Deloitte. He is passionate about creating, developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business objectives.
Gary founded Broadstones, built an experienced team to improve the way organisations change by keeping people at the centre of the work they do.
SENIOR ACCOUNT
MANAGER
Matt has over a decade of experience in IT Recruitment on both the client/account manager and candidate side.
During his career Matt has partnered with both large corporates and small start-up/scale up organisations in their search for both permanent and contract resource. He has focussed on a broad range of skills across the IT Spectrum including, Infrastructure, Networks, Application Development and Project Delivery roles.
Outside of work Matt is trying and failing to pick up golf as well as following the mighty Cherries up and down the country being a lifelong AFC Bournemouth fan!
RECRUITMENT ACCOUNT manager
George has extensive experience in IT Recruitment, he has focused on account management and candidate delivery for most of his career.
He enjoys working with candidates to help them secure the next role and partnering with clients to understand their growth plans and helping them achieve these with great talent. He has experience delivering to requirements at all levels from Service Desk up to CTO levels.
A keen cricketer George can often be found playing for Earlswood Cricket Club or traveling around the country to watch England at various Test Match grounds!
